Ingredients
- 250g chicken ($2) or optional replace half chicken with 1 potato
- 125 ml cream + 1tbs yogurt ($1.5)
- 125 ml tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tsp corn flour
- parsley for topping
- Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1cm ginger
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 20g butter
Method
- Stir-fry onion until fragrant. Add seasoning and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add tomato puree and stir. Add cream. Simmer and remove from heat.
- Brown chicken and season with remaining garam masala.
- Combine sauce and chicken. Add corn flour to thicken if needed.
- Serve with parsley.
