- 200g mince beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour / breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 onion
- Chopped parsley (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together until combined. Make into small balls. Cook on a skillet and turn to ensure it’s even.
- Can serve with pasta or potato mash!
Easy to make and can be left in the fridge for reheating. Can make ahead.
